The last one to come up for sale was over 2 years ago! This is a 2006 Gibson Les Paul Special made in the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville. Aged by the man himself master expert Tom Murphy for Yamano Music in Japan. This guitar is 1 of only 25 and was from a special run of Les Paul Specials that were hand-aged by Tom Murphy. Contrary to the 1960 reissue naming, the neck is a huge full fat 59 neck profile from the era not the typical 60 slim taper neck. Unfortunately a previous owner misplaced the COA so it is not included. We have a pdf photo of it that we will send to the new owner. The guitar comes with all the specially stamped tags that only the Murphy aged examples received.
