The Adirondack top has broken-in nicely, with all the added headroom one would expect from the upgraded top, without any sort of new guitar stiffness. The Brazilian is both perfectly quarter sawn and beautifully colored. The Adirondack Spruce top is of a similar quality, the most select set of wood from the Texas builder. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis is the large sound hole model similar to the famous Martin D28 owned by both Clarence White and Tony Rice. There is expected finish sinkage which is common, along with minor playwear and a few minor surface swirling and scratches. There is a small bit of finish that has delaminated where the sides meet the neck (see photos) This is a guitar that has been properly cared for and enjoyed. A stunningly beautiful example of the highest level of craftsmanship and materials.
