The guitar sounds quite nice and has a great 50's vibe. No other guitar sounds like these. The guitar appears to be all original except the tuners were upgraded to more appropriate Kluson Sealfast reissue types and the ABR-1 bridge has nylon saddles. The guitar is in excellent condition with a few small marks as shown in the photos but is really quite nice for being over 20 years old. Not too bad weight for a Les Paul Custom at 9 lbs even.
