We only entered the lottery for two guitars—#13 and #14. We left Anaheim a day early, so we missed the Custom Shop lottery in person. Guess what? Guitar #13 was on its way to Telluride! Naturally, it arrived February 13. The D-42 Guatemalan has landed! As one of the hottest guitars in Martin's NAMM 2020 \"Featured Custom Instruments\" collection, it is limited to 1 of 1. We entered the lottery because we loved the look of the Guatemalan Rosewood and the sweet tones it produces. Its tone is refined and rich with nice high-end detail. Its bass presence is powerful, but tight and not overly boomy.
