We are unable to confirm the originality of the pickups, as the foam under the pickups have fused to the bottom of pickups over time. It was determined by our repair shop to leave them as is in order to avoid risking damage to the pickups. The solder joints on the original pots have been disturbed at some point. On consignment from the second owner, who has owned the bass since 1965.
