However, the 'J' also draws inspiration from the Jazzmaster and distinguishes itself with the new 'Novo-branded' Mastery bridge and vibrato. Dressed in a Lake Placid Blue Sparkle finish it also looks stunning, and the combination with the mint green pickguard is particularly stylish!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\"\u003eThe neck is maple, and on this custom Serus is fitted with a rosewood fingerboard with MOTO dot inlays and compound radius for a comfortable playing experience. The neck is 'tempered', which basically means the same as 'roasted' or 'torrefied' and provides an aged look and more resonance.
