At Reemes Music, we want every order to be processed carefully and delivered safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.

🚚 Order Processing Time
Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Processing time means the time needed to review your order, prepare the item, complete fulfillment, and hand the package to the shipping carrier.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, address accuracy, or other factors outside our control.
While we do our best to process and ship orders quickly, delivery dates are not guaranteed unless clearly stated at checkout.
🌍 International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries.
International delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs process.
International customers are responsible for making sure the products they order can be legally imported into their country.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Reemes Music is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import inspections, local delivery services, or government procedures.
🔎 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email when tracking is available.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the shipping carrier to scan and update the shipment status.

If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
🎸 Shipping Musical Instruments & Gear
Musical instruments and music gear may require careful handling, protective packaging, and additional preparation before shipping.
We aim to package orders securely to help protect items during transit.
For larger or higher-value items, delivery may require extra handling, tracking, or carrier procedures.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives and keep all packaging materials until you are sure the item is in proper condition.

📦 Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or has not moved for an unusual amount of time, please contact us.
We may need to work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the situation and help provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the order and availability.

🔁 Returns Related to Shipping
Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
We offer free return shipping for eligible returns and do not charge a restocking fee.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
❌ Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, customs issue, or customer refusal, we will review the order once the package is returned.
Additional shipping costs may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
Refund eligibility may depend on the condition of the returned item and the reason the package was returned.
🛑 Order Cancellations Before Shipping

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through our return process after delivery.
