I says to Ben I says "I'm not really a Firebird kinda person". Ben said "Have you even played it?" I said "No". Ben said "Well, for f**ks sake pick it up"…So, I picked it up. Big mistake…I am currently planning a couple of pyramid schemes and possibly a bank heist to buy this guitar. I'll either raise the money or end up behind bars...but in the meantime this beautiful Firebird lll is up for grabs. Ok, so, like many 'birds this one has had a headstock break..it's super well repaired, and has an added volute! Pickups have been replaced with 2 screaming vintage Maxon Firebird pickups. The pots date to '64, wiggle stick is a replacement. The point is, this guitar sounds and feels so damn good and it comes with the original gold-lined case (sans handle I should mention).
