1966 Fender Precision Bass Sunburst Vintage P-Bass!
Here’s a great 1966 Fender Precision Bass in Sunburst that plays and sounds incredible. It’s all original except for the knobs, which are later Fender. The bass retains its original finish, though there are a few light touch-ups in the black—nothing unusual for mid-’60s Fenders and all shown in the photos.
A classic ‘66 P-Bass with standard features from the era: split-coil pickup, rosewood fingerboard, tort guard, and that unmistakable mid-’60s Precision feel. Wide thin neck but not too thin like some. Comes with a nice older Fender case, but not the original.
Overall, a strong vintage example for players and collectors alike—60s P-Basses with original finish are getting tougher to find, especially ones that play this well.
