This Gibson ES-330TD was made in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1968. It is in very good structural and cosmetic condition. The guitar was recently refretted so it plays like a new guitar. The neck joint on this instrument was shifted from the 16th to the 19th fret, a change that Gibson made to the model in 1968. Because of this, this guitar has the same higher fret access as an ES-335, a rare thing for a fully hollow thinline body guitar.

It still has its original P-90s with chrome plated covers and the original "Witch hat" style knobs. It has been fitted with a Bigsby but the original non-vibrato tailpiece is included. The original Kluson tuners, which would have had plastic buttons, have been replaced with Kluson tuners with metal buttons. There are two small mystery holes in the top by the volume and tone controls. We’re not sure what their purpose was, but they have been well repaired. It looks like the fingerboard binding on the treble side was damaged and repaired. We’re not 100% of what material was used but it’s smooth and doesn’t interfere with playing.
