1977 Gibson Explorer Vintage Electric Guitar w Original Case! 70s!

Here is a great 1970's Gibson Explorer. It has all of the 1976 specs and the neck seems thicker than some of the non LE models, but maybe not quite as thick as the LE models from '76. It's 100% original except the top strap button was moved at one point. The guitar was a "BGN" model which signified bargain and were generally sold to employees and not to regular retail customers. The guitar has a repair at the neck joint which could be why this was a BGN model. The guitar is perfect structurally and is really an excellent explorer. Very light and lively guitar that is fun to play! Comes with the original hardshell case as shown.
