Classic late-’70s Dove with all the right stuff. Big maple back and sides, split parallelogram inlays, engraved pickguard and that unmistakable presence. Small split in the bridge has been glued and is holding firm. Warm, full tone with plenty of projection. Playing great at present with decent neck geometery but like all late 1970s Gibson flat-tops, fastidious players will require a neck reset performed in good time. One for the Mellencamp heads.
