This Collings 002H Acoustic, serial# 24526, delivers superb tone, classic looks and exceptional playability in a pristine guitar. Its comfortable 00 12-fret size and full, clear tone make it an excellent guitar suited to all types of music and playing styles, whether it's flatpicking, strumming or fingerstyle. It has a select Sitka Spruce top paired with East Indian Rosewood back and sides for a robust, rich and lively tone. The Mahogany neck with a Modified V profile and a generous 1 13/16" nut width is comfortable and particularly nice for classical and fingerstyle players.

Balanced and precise, the tone of the 002H is simply remarkable, and is a beautiful accompaniment for vocalists, too. It has a slightly shorter 24 7/8" scale and 2 5/16" string spacing making it a real joy to play. The Herringbone trim and matching two-style backstrip look spectacular together, as does the Ebony pyramid-style bridge, and mother-of-pearl diamond and square fretboard inlays.
