Collings Acoustic Guitars - 02SB 12-Fret - Western Shaded

This Collings 02 SB 12-Fret, serial# 24973, delivers exceptional response, focus and tone with Collings' superb build, in a guitar with a cool cowboy aesthetic. This 0, the smallest of Collings' full-sized guitars, has a 24 7/8" scale, a lower bout of 13 3/4" and is just 4" deep - but the sound is full on and surprisingly strong for its size. This guitar can cover a lot of ground for fingerpickers and strummers alike and is also great for recording. It has an incredibly vibrant sound - lively yet tempered perfectly by the depth of the Rosewood back and sides and a select Sitka Spruce top.

Other features include a 1 13/16” nut width, a pyramid-style bridge with 2 5/16” string spacing, and the elegant slotted headstock. This is a phenomenal player through and through, and its appointments give it a nice western-style look: grained Ivoroid binding throughout with Herringbone trim and a matching 2-style backstrip; cross-cut grained Ivoroid and wood nitrate rosette; and Abalone diamond and square fingerboard inlays.
