This used Collings Guitars - 1997 D1A has it, that big, bold tone that has made the D1A perfect for bluegrass jams. Featuring an Adirondack Spruce top, paired with Honduran Mahogany back and sides, this late 90s model has been broken-in and feels great whether you're strumming chords or diving into a fiddle tune.
Here in Good condition, it does have a repaired side crack and a finish shake on the bass side, finish checking around the nut, center seam finish sink, headstock edge dings, and numerous dings, nicks and scratches throughout. All that said it is a great player, and a part of Collings history. Includes the original hardshell case.
