This used 2012 0001 from Collings Guitars brings the classic 12-fret body style to the modern era with a few upgrades. Featuring a Sitka spruce top, paired with a Mahogany back and sides, this model was custom ordered with a cutaway for easy access to the upper register. This 000 sounds fantastic with a warm low-end and articulate response both when played with a flatpick or fingerstyle. The body size also makes it a great option for players looking for a smaller guitar with a big sound. Here with an upgraded torch inlay that is an elegant touch when paired with the slotted headstock.
This 0001 is in excellent condition, with some minor pickguard playwear, and minimal fretwear. Includes the original Collings TKL hardshell case.
