This Collings Electric Guitars - I-35 LC - Faded Cherry sports a classic look matched with the souped up build quality that we've come to expect from the Austin, TX based builders. Featuring a custom lamination construction technique, this Select Maple body, with a Maple center block brings that vintage semi-hollow sound in a slightly slimmed down, comfortable package.
A pair of Lollar Low Wind Imperial humbuckers drive this I-35 with a slightly brighter overall tone than the standard Lollar hubuckers, for more a vintage-inspired sound. The striking Faded Cherry finish is set off beautifully with ungrained Ivoroid body & fingerboard binding. This Collings I-35 LC handles well in all genres and is a phenomenal electric that we can't get enough of. Includes a Collings Deluxe Ameritage hardshell case and a free setup from our crew of luthiers to your specs.
