This used 2019 0002H from the crew at Collings Guitars brings a classic 12-fret body style to the modern era. Featuring a Sitka spruce top, paired with a rosewood back and sides, this model was custom ordered with a short-scale length making for a lower-tension build. That lower-tension makes it a fantastic fingerstyle guitar, with the 000-shape bringing a warm, punchy tone while being responsive and dynamic. It can definitely handle the right touch with a flatpick, but it is not currently setup for a heavy right hand.
Here in Excellent condition, there is some minor pickguard playwear, and minimal fretwear, along with the finish starting to sink into the wood, a sign of a quality thin finish. Includes the original hardshell case.
