Collings Electric Guitars - I-35 LC Deluxe - Dark Cherry Burst

The Collings I-35 LC Deluxe, serial# 14486, is an absolutely incredible semi-hollow body electric with a gorgeous Dark Cherry Burst finish. Made from select figured Maple laminate with two slim contour f-holes, it has a Mahogany neck with a Medium-Fat C-shaped profile. Couple that with a smooth Rosewood fingerboard with custom mother-of-pearl parallelogram inlays and a 24 7/8" scale, and you have an impeccable player, perfect for rock, jazz, blues, country - everything.

The pickups in it are brilliant, too. The Lollar low-wind Imperial humbuckers give you a slightly brighter tone overall, resulting in exceptional definition, whether you're playing chords or soloing. It also has a 12" radius so playing chords is particularly easy and sweeping leads are just as effortless. A Switchcraft toggle switch is built in so you have extra tonal options, as well as a classic '50s wiring scheme, allowing for an even more distinct voice.

This I-35 not just a great-sounding instrument, it's also one of the slickest and most exquisite looking guitars around - just check out that single-bound "haircut" headstock, the top hat volume and tone knobs and the ivoroid binding and tuners.
