This used Vintage Satin Sunburst D2HA Traditional from Collings dates to 2022, and has really opened up to become a dynamic dreadnought guitar.
Featuring "Baked" Adirondack spruce, this upgraded top has been baked in an oxygen free environment to simulate the aging process spruce goes through naturally over time, allowing this guitar to open more quickly right out of the case. Paired with a beautiful straight grain East Indian rosewood back and sides, this is a powerful dreadnought build.
Here in a thin vintage satin finish, and with a gorgeous sunburst on the top, this D2HA T is in Very Good condition, with a few minor finish dents. The finish has glossed up over time in the typical wear areas, including the bass side lower bout (where the shoulder rubs) along with treble side on the back. The neck has glossed up as well from play. Freshly setup with a PLEK fret dress here at the shop, this guitar is ready for the next set of fiddle tunes. Includes the original hardshell case.
