Here is a 2002 ESP Navigator N-LP-700 in Flame Amber Burst, a premium Japanese-built single-cut that showcases the exceptional craftsmanship of ESP’s top-tier Navigator line. Produced in limited numbers, these models were designed to faithfully capture the look, feel, and tone of classic late-’50s single-cut guitars, with meticulous attention to detail and high-end materials throughout.
This example features a beautifully figured flame maple top over a solid mahogany body, delivering rich resonance and sustain. It’s equipped with hand-signed Seymour Duncan pickups and bumblebee capacitors, offering warm, vintage-style PAF tones with excellent clarity, dynamic response, and a balanced midrange that suits everything from clean passages to driven rock tones. The overall feel is lively and articulate, with plenty of depth and punch.
Condition is excellent with light, honest signs of use including some finish checking, minor marks, and a small amount of cosmetic wear. A missing screw on the bridge pickup ring is noted, but everything functions as it should. An exceptionally rare and beautifully built Navigator that delivers both collector appeal and outstanding playability. Comes with its original hard case.
