Fans of vintage Fenders might notice one thing: the stark white maple neck, which we're used to seeing in its aged amber form, but we've had this guitar recreated here as if you've just bought a new Fender for the first time in 1962, brand new to you. Imagine what it must have been like taking home your brand new Fender Jazzmaster for the first time in the 1960s, having no idea what to expect. That's the feeling we're trying to capture.
