This vintage Fender Guitars - 1964 Stratocaster Sunburst is a well-worn example of one of the most iconic builds that Fender ever produced. With an Alder body, Maple neck and Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard this pre CBS '64 Strat has had a refret and a few modifications made over the years. One of the best sounding vintage strats we've had in the store though, this '64 burst includes the original hardshell case.
Modifications or repairs include: refret with with wider frets, new nut, replaced volume pot, original wiring modified to allow for the second tone knob to be used on the bridge pickup, base plate added to bridge pickup, replaced saddles 4 of the originals are in the case, plugged hole in pickguard.
