This vintage Gibson L-10 is a fantastic example of a 16" archtop from the early 30s. The FON dates the guitar to 1933, while the Serial Number implies 1934, which is not uncommon for Pre-War Gibson. Features unique to the L-10 in Gibson's archtop lineup at the time include the striking black finish, picture frame rectangle inlays, and the double-handled vase peghead inlay.
Here in all-original condition, including the original case, there is minor corrosion to the upper frets due to pickguard oxidation. This stunning archtop does have low, original frets that play great at standard action. A wonderful sounding guitar.
