The luxurious binding includes 7-ply top binding, 3-ply back binding, and 5-ply headstock binding, framing an intricate mother-of-pearl globe inlay, “Supreme” banner, and MOP Gibson logo. The bound ebony fingerboard features mother-of-pearl split-block inlays, matched with gold hardware, gold-tinted frets, and an engraved brass truss rod cover. Some light tarnishing on the gold appointments lends a touch of vintage charm and understated elegance, enhancing the Supreme’s aged appeal.
Playability is outstanding, with low action measuring 0.25mm at the 1st fret and 1.25mm at the 12th, and a comfortable neck profile with depths of 21.42mm at the 1st fret and 25.59mm at the 12th.
