Luca Cardinali has 30 years of experience in the saxophone community. He has a passion for the instrument, in particular the richness of sound it is capable of producing in the hands of a skilled musician. Through Lupifaro, Luca has harnessed his extraordinary experience and his love for the instrument to create an outstanding series of saxophones. The Lupifaro Platinum Series is entirely handmade in his studio in Italy. Careful attention to detail and using strict tolerances, the Lupifaro Platinum Series shines through for its amazing looks and beautiful sound.

• Soldered Bell And Bow - One of the features of the alto and tenor saxophones belonging to the Platinum Series, aside from not including a high F# key, is the fact that the instrument's joints are soldered. By soldering, the movement of the air column inside the instrument improves sensibly; this is due to the fact that there is no interruption between bell and body, something that is different from most modern saxophones.
• Finishes, Key Buttons, and Set-Up - Further defining the saxophones in the Platinum Series, Lupifaro allows that musician to specify his personal set-up preferences and choose among many custom options that range from a selection of materials for the key buttons up to different pads.
• Designed By L. Cardinali - The result of years of experience and passion and equipped with important technical features, these saxophones can be completely customized to become really unique. The set-up on the instruments belonging to the Platinum Series is always tailor-made according to the musician's personal preferences.
