Modifications / Repairs: There is a visible crack repair by the pick guard just below the sound hole. A cleat has been installed inside the body to cover this crack. This repair is stable and is not affecting playability. The neck has been refretted and after the refret, the nut was shimmed up slightly in order to preserve the original nut. The bridge plate has been replaced.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Martin is nicely aged and worn. The finish is glossy with light checking, scratches, scuffs, and dings throughout. There are spots of heavy case rash on the treble side of the body. The finish in this area reacted with the inside of a case at some point. This is not affecting playability.

Tech Notes: This guitar plays well with medium action. The frets are narrow with light play wear. The serial number dates to 1949.
