This Martin D-18, serial# 79759, from 1941 has an exceptionally nice and crack-free Adirondack Spruce top with its original bright and clean finish, and the back is also crack-free. It does have a couple very small and tight side cracks, while the inside of the guitar is bright, clean and cleat-free. The neck has been beautifully reset and refretted resulting in a perfect action and good saddle height. The bridge is the correct shape and about .020" oversized. The tuners are Waverly relic G98-style. Ready to go another 60-70 years, this Martin D-18 plays great and is in Very Good-Excellent condition and includes a modern hardshell case.
