This vintage 1948 Martin D-18 is in Excellent condition and has a rare tinted original top finish. The entire finish is all original and the guitar is crack free. It has very minor nicks, scratches and play wear, but remains bright and clean. The neck reset and refret are beautifully done, resulting in great playability and proper saddle height. The bridge is an exact Brazilian Rosewood replacement. The tuners are newer Waverly, added to the guitar without extra screw holes or modifications, resulting in an instrument that tunes easily and stays there.The inside of the guitar is equally clean and original and there is no damage or scarring around bridge. This 1948 Martin D-18 comes with a newer hard case. Serial# 106273.
