This vintage 1960 Martin D-28 acoustic guitar is a very, very clean and original guitar in Very Good Plus condition. There are very minor nicks and dings, as you'd expect with an instrument this age, along with minor strum scratches below the pickguard. This is all original - everything, right down to the bridge pins, ivory nut and saddle and Grover tuners. The exquisite back and sides are exceptionally straight-grained quarter-sawn Brazilian Rosewood.
The inside of the guitar is as clean and nice as the day it was made. The action is playable with the low saddle and the original frets have been recently dressed. This 1960 Martin D-28 guitar is a candidate for a future neck reset and this is considered in the pricing. The case is 100% original and is also in Very Good Plus condition. Serial #172474.
