It features genuine mahogany back and sides paired with an Adirondack spruce top, along with an Authentic circa 1937 bracing pattern. Stage 1 aging lacks the heavy wear and tear of a well-worn instrument and instead features the light checking inspired by those rare guitars that were simply kept in a case and tucked away for decades. It bears the marks of time but not the heavy wear common on newly aged guitars.
