This 2019 Custom Shop Martin D-18 is a well-spec'd flatpicking machine, complete with some serious upgrades delivering that vintage-inspired Martin sound. Sporting an Adirondack top and scalloped Golden Era Adi bracing, it's got incredible volume and resonance that projects through any jam. The back & sides feature an upgrade as well, with Sinker Mahogany providing sparkling highs and a rich, depth-filled sound that compliments the boldness that Adirondack can offer. The old growth Mahogany provides a mesmerizing grain that, and when paired with the dark, vintage-style shade top and black binding, results in a build that's classy and has a reserved beauty all the same.
This Custom Shop D-18 has been well take care of, with just some light playwear scratches to the guard and nominal fretwear, resulting in an item in Excellentcondition. A beautiful build that hosts some amazing sound for the discerning player. Comes with the original hardshell case.
