There are no abalone or pearl key touches. They replaced them by adding the nickel silver touches. The same ones that are used in flutes.

The P. Mauriat PMXT-66RX "influence" bears a strong resemblance to the PMXT-66 model. It still has a giant sound similar to vintage horns. The intonation is spot on and the ergonomics are really something that changes the whole impression on the player.

The nickel silver key touches make the grip much more stable and secure. Besides the key touches they use bigger than the pearl touches that help to feel more "vibration" when playing.
