This 2007 Elite H5 Mandola from the workshop of luthier Andrew Poe is an absolutely fine instrument coming from very skilled hands, and is marked Serial 001, the first Poe Mandola produced. Featuring a gorgeous Red Spruce top and Red Flamed Maple back and sides, this Mandola has plenty of volume and warm low-end sound for a balanced response no matter where on the instrument. The inlay work on the headstock is masterful and goes to show the care Andrew has put into his instruments right from the very beginning.
On consignment here from the original owner, this mandola is in Very Good condition, hosting some standard playwear and a few knicks here and there. This mandola has been loved and is ready for many more years of music thanks to a professional setup from our luthiers. Comes with the original Cedar Creek hardshell case.
