With Rickenbacker model numbers, the "WB" stands for white binding on both sides. In 1968 the Rickenbacker factory made a Model 360 Natural Special Large Body as a plant prototype. The factory made the first 360s with hi-gain pickups in 1970. The 360WB was added to the Custom Order price list in 1984 - whereas the standard 360 was kept as a regular model.

On this 1996 model, there is a little fret wear showing in the lower areas, but easily 85% remaining. Frets from 5 up are unmarked. There is some natural finish checking and some small dings, dents and scratches expected in a guitar of this age.

But this 360 has been well looked after, and there have been no changes made to this instrument in its 26 years on the planet.

The tone is everything you expect from a Rickenbacker, with chime, sparkle and shimmer that instantly conjures memories of the '60s British Invasion and electro-folk boom of the era. There is plenty of top end along with balanced, focused mids & lows. The ‘Toaster’ pickups clear single coil output allows for Ric's signature top end to shine through with balanced midrange and just the right amount of percussive cut.

Comes in its original grey hard shell Rickenbacker case in good condition.
