Featuring an Adirondack spruce top, a type of spruce found on the best golden-era guitars of the 1930s, this Grand Orchestra model delivers more volume, and headroom than the typical 814 while delivering that low-end warmth that is a hallmark of these Rosewood models. The Kona burst on the back and sides is a subtle touch that really makes the back and sides pop on this upgraded edition.
Further Builder's Edition upgrades include a beveled armrest and cutaway, along with a subtle body taper that makes this such a comfortable Taylor to play. And with the built in Expression 2 electronics this 814ce is as ready for campfire jams as it is for coffee shop gigs all the way up to larger venues.
