Top-Tier Tonewoods, Next-Gen Innovations - The Taylor Next Generations Builder's Edition 914ce Rosewood/Spruce Acoustic Electric Guitar

Boasting eye-catching visual details to complement its player-focused contours, the Next Generation Builder's Edition 914ce takes signature Taylor playability and artistry to the next level. This Grand Auditorium features a solid spruce top paired with Indian rosewood back and sides, a time-tested tonewood combo that yields a richly textured voice with clear trebles, rumbling lows and a slight scoop in the midrange, all framed by lush harmonic overtones that bloom as notes sustain out. Inside, our scalloped V-Class bracing adds even more power, warmth and open-string expressiveness, while the long-tenon Action Control Neck enhances resonance and makes it easy to dial in the perfect feel in minutes. As a 900 Series model, this guitar is dressed to impress with a package of wood and shell details including Belle Fleur inlays in paua and mother-of-pearl, a paua rosette, black/paua/black edge trim, and koa fretboard and peghead purfling. Gotoh 510 tuners in antique gold, a Kona Edgeburst for the back and sides, and a full-body gloss finish complete the appointment suite.
