These 50's Gibson smaller bodied flattops are super special, with a projection and down to earth sound unlike any contemporary builds. This '56 example is all there, with a large C shaped neck profile. Just the right amount of wear makes it super easy to dig into and not worry about bringing it to a recording session. The 9th fret inlay has been replaced, saddle replaced, neck reset, replaced nut and some of the back binding has been reglued. Serial #V5028_20, comes with the original chipboard case.
